“There are two things in life I am very passionate about,” said REALTOR® Lindsey Henneman. “The first being my family and the second being my work. Real estate allows me to have a positive impact on both of those aspects of my life, and that has always been my dream.”
Lindsey’s previous experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries gives her an exceptional framework for delivering a high-quality, customer-focused experience.
“Whether it be a guest in a restaurant or a buyer purchasing their first home, my background has prepared me to exceed expectations and deliver results,” she said. Working on Broadway in Nashville, Lindsey excels in high-volume situations, working under pressure, multi-tasking, upselling, and time management.
Born and raised in Nashville, Lindsey and her husband moved to Tampa in 2019.
“We chose Tampa for many reasons,” she said. “Our love for the outdoors made Florida an obvious choice for us to live in. The beaches, the parks, and the attractions all fit what we were looking for in our new home.”
Lindsey attended Middle Tennessee State University and studied Early Childhood Education. She met her husband in Nashville in 2014, got married in 2016, and made the move to Tampa after 29 years in Music City.
In July of 2021, the couple took on the responsibility of caring for their then 4-year-old nephew, Alex, who needed a stable, loving home. A temporary placement turned into forever. Alex’s adoption was finalized in November of 2022!
“Becoming parents and expanding our family has been such a rewarding experience and challenging in so many of the best ways,” Lindsey said. “We are excited to see how our family continues to grow!”
Lindsey is passionate about the foster care system as well as animal rescue, people who have dementia and Alzheimer’s, and spiritual life for herself and others. “I have always had a passion for helping people and being able to create relationships,” she said. “I was drawn to real estate because it checks both of those boxes, and it’s something I find so interesting and powerful to be a part of.”
A genuine person who truly cares about people, Lindsey continuously puts others before herself. She is caring, kind, motivated, and self-disciplined with a positive mindset. Lindsey considers herself to be godly and family-focused.
She and her family have two small rescue dogs whom they love taking for walks. Lindsey cherishes family time, especially outdoors and dining al fresco. She recently discovered a love for competitive running. Since moving to Tampa, she has completed two half marathons and is working toward a full marathon someday.
