Agent Spotlight: Realtor® Karrie Kopech

Born in Michigan, Realtor® Karrie Kopech has lived in the Tampa Bay area for nearly four decades. The USF grad has a tremendous depth of knowledge of the Greater Tampa Area’s people, places, and communities. She is well informed on Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties.

“I love people and helping people, building relationships, and being involved in the community,” Karrie said. “And I’m always learning more and growing.”

With a passion for connecting people with their dream homes, Karrie is dedicated to providing personalized and attentive service to her clients. Her strong negotiation skills and industry knowledge make her a trusted partner in every step of the home buying or selling process.

Prior to her real estate career, Karrie founded, managed, and owned her own staffing company, Inspired Staffing Solutions. She worked with well-known vendors in the area, including Raymond James Stadium (Bucs), Tropicana Field (Rays), and Amalie Arena (Lightning).

Karrie was also a Palm Harbor Middle School teacher before owning her company. She brings many of the qualities she developed from staffing and teaching to real estate. Karrie’s clients appreciate her loyalty, understanding, professionalism, organization, focus on family, and willingness to listen.

When working with Karrie, you’ll find that she is passionate, personable, honest, educated, and determined. She is known for her excellent communication, problem-solving, and the relationships she has built during her nearly 40 years in Tampa Bay.

In her spare time, Karrie enjoys riding her bike with her adorable Havanese dog in her basket, spending time with family and friends, swimming, traveling, and volunteering at schools. She hopes to get a kayak soon to enjoy the beautiful water in Tampa Bay.

Karrie has a daughter who is married with two beautiful grandchildren, ages 5 and 1, and boy/girl twins who are still at home – they are seniors in high school. They all are truly her pride and joy.
