Haley grew up in the small town of Weirton, WV where she was a high school cheerleader and honors student. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from West Virginia University with a BS in Biology and a minor in Dance. Even though she has a science background, she is a people pleaser at heart! These skills led her to a successful career as a Director in the hospitality business working for the same large-scale casual dining corporation for over 19 years. Her team provided training and operational expertise to over 700 restaurants nationwide with a goal of driving sales through a world class dining experience. Over the 19-year span, she relocated several times throughout the Carolinas where she initially recognized her passion for real estate through the process of buying and selling her homes. Over six years ago, Haley's career relocated her to South Tampa where she immediately fell in love with the area and decided to turn her dream of being a real estate agent into a reality! In addition to achieving her real estate sales associate license, she has also received her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and her Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification, to further her education and acquire in-depth knowledge on technical subjects and core fundamentals of real estate. Haley and her husband Bryan live in Palma Ceia with their three sons, Luke, Jake and Zack, and their dog Bernie. She enjoys watching her boys accomplish each new milestone, hosting friends over for dinner, taking Bernie to the dog park, an invigorating yoga class and a relaxing spa day!
