Will Matz is a Florida native, who's lived in the Tampa Bay area since 2008. He attended the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!), where he graduated with a degree in Marketing. Since graduating, Will has spent nearly 10 years in the mortgage industry, providing data analytics within the residential due diligence space and acquiring his real estate license in 2016.
Will's passion for the Tampa Bay area has grown as the community has grown over the last several years. The food, water, sports and local culture has led him to seek out and help others looking to call this area home.
There are few decisions more important than where you plant your roots. Everyone has their own specific wants and needs. The most rewarding part of working in real estate for Will is discovering each customer's unique needs and matching them with a home they'll love.
