A proud graduate of the University of South Florida (USF), Amelia earned her B.S. in Financial Planning with a minor in Entrepreneurship, graduating as the Fall 2024 USF Valedictorian and receiving the prestigious “King O’Neal Scholar” award for maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA. Her academic achievements reflect her drive, work ethic, and commitment to excellence.

Amelia’s professional journey is as impressive as her educational background. She honed her financial acumen and client-focused approach at Ellenbecker Investment Group, where she worked as part of an advising team. She mastered educating clients about complex financial solutions while prioritizing their best interests there. This fiduciary mindset laid the foundation for the trust-based relationships she now builds with her real estate clients.

Her career path also includes serving as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at a senior living home during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, an experience that strengthened her emotional intelligence, resilience, and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and grace. Additionally, Amelia has worked as a summer camp counselor at the Florida Aquarium and in the fast-paced kitchen of a local restaurant. Each role contributed to her exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and people-first perspective.

Amelia transitioned to real estate to create her own business while helping others achieve their dreams. “I love the relationship side of real estate,” she said. “Supporting clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives and building meaningful friendships along the way is incredibly fulfilling. Every day is different, and I thrive on the unique challenges and opportunities this career offers.”

Beyond her work, Amelia is deeply rooted in the Tampa Bay community. Amelia actively volunteers as a WyldLife leader with North Tampa’s Young Life, mentoring middle school students and fostering their personal growth. She also serves on the production team at Local City Church and supports initiatives like the Laundry Project and Feeding Tampa Bay. She is also a member of Trusted Connections, a networking group for young professionals.

In her free time, Amelia enjoys exploring Downtown Tampa with her mini Goldendoodle, Lambeau—named after the iconic Green Bay Packers stadium. A music enthusiast, she plays multiple instruments, including piano, guitar, and harmonica, and has attended over 100 live concerts! Her adventurous spirit leads her to activities like pickleball, tennis, camping, hiking, and traveling to state and national parks.
