Her experience spans across industries, from working as a national sales representative for a clothing brand in Los Angeles to managing multiple retail stores as a buyer. She later opened a wholesale showroom in New York, representing contemporary brands and mastering high-level negotiations. As the Business Development Director for a family-owned auction business, Kat spearheaded growth strategies and fostered long-term partnerships – skills that now translate seamlessly into helping her real estate clients achieve their goals.

She serves as a troop leader for her daughter’s Girl Scout Daisy troop and actively participates in her children’s school, St. Lawrence Catholic School, supporting various fundraising efforts.
