Born and raised in Peoria, IL, Randy enlisted in the U.S. Navy when he was 18 years old and served as a Naval Aviation Technician at Miramar, CA. After serving in the military, Randy earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from Southern Illinois University.  Randy decided he couldn’t return to Midwest winters, so after graduating in 1995, he chose Tampa Bay as his new home—despite knowing no one, having no job, and starting with limited resources. Through hard work and persistence, he has built a successful life and career in Tampa Bay’s vibrant community.

Randy brings a wealth of professional experience to his real estate practice. He recently concluded an impressive 23-year career in orthopedic medical device sales with Zimmer Biomet, where he earned the President’s Club and Salesman of the Year awards. He’s also been an active real estate investor for the past 20 years and, for the past seven years, a real estate agent for a local brokerage, fueling his passion for real estate.

“I’ve always been passionate about real estate,” Randy said. “My experience as an investor has shaped my commitment to being an exceptional real estate advisor.”

Described as positive, confident, and solution-oriented, Randy leverages his background in relationship building, communication, problem-solving, and creative negotiations to deliver exceptional results for his clients. As a fiduciary agent, he is dedicated to educating and empowering his clients, helping them make confident decisions that save time and money while achieving their real estate goals.

Randy’s commitment to the community runs deep. He has spent over two decades facilitating surgical mission trips from Tampa Bay to Central America with Faith in Practice. He helped bring Operation Walk to Tampa Bay, which provides free surgeries to those in need.  He also served six years on the Board of Directors for Redefining Refuge, an organization supporting children who have fallen victim to human trafficking.

Randy proudly supports Moffitt Cancer Center, The Heart Gallery, Metropolitan Ministries, Feeding Tampa Bay, and Meals on Wheels. A member of the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce and The Tampa Club, Randy is deeply connected to the local community.

Outside of work, Randy is an active “Dog Dad” to his golden retriever, Rip. He enjoys an active lifestyle, including working out, yoga, biking, hiking, golfing, and skiing. A self-proclaimed foodie and avid traveler, Randy finds joy in exploring new places, sharing great meals, and spending time with friends.
