REALTOR® Chelsey Fletcher – Serving Tampa Bay with Heart, Hustle, and Local Expertise

A Bold Start in Business

Chelsey Fletcher, REALTOR® was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She started her career as the president of a woman-owned steel erection company in Clearwater, Florida, from 2015 to 2017. In that role, she learned how to lead teams, manage projects, and work in high-pressure environments.

Soon after, Chelsey continued her path as a business owner. In 2021, she launched Gator Girl Flooring, a company that installs marine flooring.  That same year, she founded All Coast Canvas, which focuses on custom canvas work for boats. Most recently, she started FSB Designs in 2024. Through this embroidery business, she creates custom accessories and sewn goods.

Inspired by Family and Driven by Passion

Chelsey’s interest in real estate began early. Her mother has worked in the industry for nearly 20 years, and Chelsey always admired her. She saw how rewarding it could be to help others find a home.

“I always thought it was the coolest job. I love touring homes and helping people find a space that truly feels like theirs.”

Real estate gives Chelsey the chance to do what she loves most—help people, solve problems, and be part of important milestones. She also enjoys that no two days are ever the same. There’s always something new to learn, someone new to meet, and a different goal to reach.

A Deep Love for Tampa Bay

Chelsey lived in the Tampa Bay area for six years before returning again recently. She’s excited to call it home once more. She values everything about the area—especially its sense of community, love for the outdoors, and local businesses.

Thanks to her marine businesses, she has met many boaters and homeowners. These connections have helped her better understand the local lifestyle. They’ve also deepened her passion for Florida’s natural spaces. This is why she proudly supports Captains for Clean Water, a group that works to protect our waterways.

Life Outside of Work

Chelsey enjoys her time outside of real estate just as much as she loves working with clients. She spends many days on the water, boating and sailing in local regattas. When she’s at home, she gardens and creates peaceful outdoor spaces. Sewing and embroidery give her a way to relax and express creativity.

Her family life is also very important to her. She and her husband, Fletch, are active in their yacht club. He is the Commodore, and Chelsey manages the club’s website and social media. Together, they attend many regattas and community events. They also enjoy spending time with their two children, Riley and Hayden. Their family includes three cats: Gilford Blue, Kitty Purry, and Dolly Purrton.
